COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS: WIN A WICKED WEBSITE 

Introduction: By participating in the Win a Wicked Web competition, you agree to be bound by these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Vista Group (NZ) Limited, trading as “Veezi”. 
 
Eligibility to Enter: The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older and will run from October 10, 2024 until October 31, 2024 (NZDT). Employees of Veezi and Vista Group, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.  
 
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. If you are awarded a prize and it is determined that you are an ineligible participant in accordance with these terms and conditions, you must immediately forfeit the prize. 
 
There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter. 
 
The Prize: The winning prize will be a 12-month membership to Veezi Web including assistance from our team with setting up the initial website. The use of specific brands as prizes by Veezi does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. Veezi's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and Veezi will not engage in any inquiries or debates regarding the outcome of the prize selection. 
 
Winner Announcement: The winner will be notified via the email address provided by the participant on November 1, 2024 NZDT. Veezi will make two attempts to contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within two days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Veezi reserves the right to select and notify a new winner. 
 
Data Protection and Publicity: You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Veezi for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy. By entering into the competition, you agree to allow Veezi to use your first name and place of employment for promotional purposes (including to notify the other participants of the identity of the winner) without additional compensation. 
 
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veezi, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim all liability for any losses whatsoever arising in relation to the competition and the prize draw. This limitation applies to (but is not limited to) any losses arising from any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition, human error and any injury, damage or disappointment to persons or property. 
 
General: Veezi reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the exclusive courts, and construed in accordance with the laws of, New Zealand.
